Our certified dealer evaluates your tires and selects the correct Poly-Fil® formula matched to your specific tire size, application, and operating speed.
The tire is mounted, valve stem is removed, and the rim is positioned for filling using our professional Maverick or Hulk II application equipment.
Poly-Fil® two-part polyurethane is mixed and injected under controlled pressure until the tire is completely and evenly filled — no air pockets, no voids.
After a short cure period, the tire is ready to go. No inflation needed — ever. The result is a solid, flat-free tire with pneumatic-like ride quality.
