Poly-Fil® LP is a two-component polyurethane flatproofing system consisting of a prepolymer Side-A (ISO) and a polyol blend Side-B (CAT). It is specifically formulated for applications requiring a wider footprint for flotation-type tires — providing a soft, cushioned ride while completely eliminating flat tires.
LP’s soft durometer makes it the preferred choice for equipment operating on turf, soft ground, or sensitive surfaces where minimizing ground compaction is as important as preventing flat tires. It provides both traction and flat-proofing for loaders at transfer stations and similar applications.
Poly-Fil® LP is formulated with the lowest durometer in the Poly-Fil® range, delivering the most cushioned ride quality — protecting both the equipment and the surfaces it operates on.
Flotation tires need a fill formula that allows the tire to maintain its characteristic wide footprint. LP's formulation supports the full cross-section of flotation tires without compromising their design benefits.
For loaders and equipment operating on soft or loose surfaces, LP provides flat-free performance while maintaining the traction characteristics that operators depend on.
Applied using a Poly-Fil® Maverick or Hulk II application system, LP's ISO prepolymer and polyol blend combine to form a durable solid fill that never requires inflation.
