Poly-Fil® 22 is a two-component polyurethane flatproofing system consisting of a prepolymer Side-A (ISO) and a polyol blend Side-B (CAT). It is formulated to ride slightly harder than Poly-Fil® LP — its reduced deflection characteristics result in less heat buildup during operation.
This makes Poly-Fil® 22 a practical, efficient choice for smaller equipment, implements, and yard machinery where reliable flat-free performance is needed without the softest possible ride. It sits between LP (softest) and the standard 30 formula in the Poly-Fil® range.
Reduced deflection means less energy is converted to heat during operation — an important factor for equipment that runs for extended periods on smaller tires.
Poly-Fil® 22 offers a firmer ride than LP while still maintaining a soft feel relative to solid rubber — the right balance for small equipment that doesn't need the softest formulation.
